The journal includes a place for the inclusion of donor information, which is suitable for sperm, egg or both egg and sperm donors, and for those with only a little information about the donor. This has been carefully designed so that you can cover this page with a photo or birth announcement card, if you’d prefer not to include this detail. There is no reference to a second parent.
