Idea 2 - Memory Board

Download the template/s for the board/s and use these or transpose onto a larger white board or similar.

You can get creative here depending on the time of year or event you want to run.

For example, at Mother's Day or Father's Day, encourage customers to write down a favourite memory of their mum or dad.

You could make it more general and ask people to write down a fond memory of being in your shop or in the town.

Responses here become really visual so other customers can read them and be stimulated to add their own.
