Description

A delightful gratitude journal that helps you seek out something wonderful in every day, capturing at least one good memory or thought a day and promoting positivity over the whole year.

Featuring hand-painted original artwork, Wonderful Days contains 12 months of weekly spreads, punctuated with happiness quotes, allowing for a few lines reflecting on the positives from each day to be written, whether it be about your family, relationship, friends, career, hobbies, pet, health, including your recovery, for example. It could be anything, big or small!

Wonderful Days provides a break from the digital world and allows a focus on all the good things. Using a gratitude journal at the end of every day or just before going to bed, has been found to promote positivity, reduce stress and improve sleep. Wonderful Days can be used individually, by a couple or a family.

CUSTOMS - DELIVERIES INTO THE EU Following changes resulting from the new GPRS regulations that came into effect on the 1st January 2025, we are currently unable to ship books from the UK into the EU. We are working hard to find out how we are supposed to meet the regulations as it is still not clear how we confirm that books are safe with a CE mark. They are safe, we know that, but the regulations mean we currently can't meet the regulation requirements with a clear 'declaration of conformity' available in every EU state and with an 'Authorised Reprentative'. We are truly sorry.
