Description

A colourful journal with fun questions and activities, allowing the owner the space to connect with themselves and their emotions on a wonderful journey of self-discovery.

A great and easy way to capture what makes us tick and explore who we are and what we love. Featuring hand-painted original artwork, it consists of nine dedicated sections, allowing everyone to explore the uniqueness that makes them who they are:

• Who I am
• Friends and family
• Education and work
• Sections of four
• Fashion, films and fixtures
• Books, art and music
• Food and parties
• Home and away
• Lists of seven

This Is Me is designed so that it can be dipped in and out of in any order and at any pace, providing the perfect opportunity to put down digital devices, switch off the TV, pick up a pen and get writing.

A lovely gift for friends, family or as a treat to yourself to make time for you and write it all down with this thought-provoking journal.

This Is Me is part of the Wellbeing Collection, where you’ll also find the complementary titles Forward Thinking, a wellbeing and happiness journal and Wonderful Days, a daily gratitude journal.

Made with paper & love, from you to me.

Why we love it

It’s the perfect way to connect with yourself and have a little ‘me’ time. The textured cover with gold embossed text feels luxurious. The sections are fun and easy to complete, but really allow you to reflect and focus on those happy memories of the things that made you who you are.

CUSTOMS - DELIVERIES INTO THE EU Following changes resulting from the new GPRS regulations that came into effect on the 1st January 2025, we are currently unable to ship books from the UK into the EU. We are working hard to find out how we are supposed to meet the regulations as it is still not clear how we confirm that books are safe with a CE mark. They are safe, we know that, but the regulations mean we currently can't meet the regulation requirements with a clear 'declaration of conformity' available in every EU state and with an 'Authorised Reprentative'. We are truly sorry.
